I am a graduate of Kingsleighs Equine Education Centre and have spent the past 3 years gaining a Level 1 and Level 2 qualification in Employability and Training in the Equine Industry. These qualifications have given me a secure practical grounding in equine care and management. I am confident at handling a range of equines from the very little shetlands to calm ex race horses. Skills: *Poo pick fields *Ragwort fields *Basic tacking up - but happy to be shown more *Muck out and lay stables for bringing in *Putting on and taking off horses from a horse walker *Turning out and bringing in individual horses *Basic equine first aid knowledge such as putting on bandages and cleaning cuts *Working with other equine professionals such as holding horses for the vet or farrier etc. *Putting rugs on and off - with instructions from owner as the weather changes and different rugs might be needed etc. *Can feed basic hard feeds as instructed by owner I live in Ombersley which near Kiddeminster and Droitwich. I use the bus routes to get out and about, but could consider other places if I use Uber. I am happy to look after other animals too and have experience of chickens, cats, dogs, sheep and caged pets. I can house sit if required and given plenty of notice.
