TallyHO Temps provides a platform to connect equine service providers ("Providers") with clients seeking equine services ("Clients"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully, as they govern your use of our services.
By accessing or using the TallyHO Temps platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the TallyHO Temps platform.
1.Services Provided by TallyHO Temps
TallyHO Temps facilitates the connection between Clients and Providers of equine-related services. TallyHO Temps is not a direct provider of any equine services. All agreements for services are made between Clients and Providers.
2.Eligibility
To use TallyHO Temps, you must be at least 18 years of age. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3.User Accounts
3.1. Registration:
To use the TallyHO Temps platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering and agree to keep this information current. You are responsible for all activities under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
3.2. Account Suspension or Termination:
TallyHO Temps reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or its users.
4.Service Requests and Bookings
4.1. Service Requests:
Clients can request equine services through the TallyHO Temps platform. Providers have the option to accept or decline service requests at their discretion.
4.2. Booking Agreements:
Once a Provider accepts a service request, a direct agreement is formed between the Client and the Provider. TallyHO Temps is not a party to this agreement, nor does it provide or control the services themselves.
4.3. Service Cancellations:
Both Clients and Providers may cancel services under the terms specified at the time of booking. A TallyHO Temps Provider may charge cancellation fees as described in the Cancellation Policy.
5.Fees and Payments
5.1. Payment Processing:
Clients are required to pay for services through the TallyHO Temps platform. TallyHO Temps will process payments on behalf of Providers.
5.2. Fees for Services:
TallyHO Temps Providers charge a service fee to Clients, the details of which are outlined at the time of booking. By using the platform, you agree to pay these fees to the Provider.
5.3. Refunds:
Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy. Clients and Providers are encouraged to resolve disputes directly, but TallyHO Temps may, at its discretion, mediate disputes involving refunds.
6.Use of the TallyHO Temps Platform
6.1. Prohibited Conduct:
When using the TallyHO Temps platform, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
- Misrepresent yourself, your services, or any information provided through the platform.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality.
- Solicit or engage in any transactions outside of the TallyHO Temps platform with Clients or Providers you meet through the platform.
6.2. User Reviews:
Clients and Providers may leave reviews and ratings of each other following the completion of services. TallyHO Temps is not responsible for the content of reviews but reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms.
7.Liability and Disclaimers
7.1. No Endorsement of Providers:
TallyHO Temps does not endorse or recommend any specific Providers. Clients are responsible for selecting the right Provider for their needs, and TallyHO Temps makes no guarantees regarding the quality or safety of services provided.
7.2. Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TallyHO Temps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or personal injury related to equine services.
8.Insurance and Indemnification
8.1. Insurance:
TallyHO Temps does not provide insurance for Clients or Providers. Providers are encouraged to maintain adequate insurance coverage for the services they offer.
8.2. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TallyHO Temps, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform or your breach of these Terms.
