Samantha Beeby

Experienced Event Management & Strategic Development Professional | Creating Successful Events, Unlocking Commercial Opportunities & Driving Growth I’m an experienced event consultant and business development professional with a passion for creating successful events, developing new opportunities and helping organisations realise their full potential. Having worked across a diverse range of sectors, including rugby, clay shooting and equestrian (all disciplines) I have experience delivering events at every scale — from what remains the most successful World Cup to date to small, unaffiliated local pony show. My experience also extends to charity events and working with smaller organisations, giving me a broad understanding of the different challenges, priorities and opportunities that come with each. I currently work on a freelance basis with equestrian venues, helping them maximise the potential of their existing events, introduce fresh ideas, develop new revenue streams and build strategic plans for future growth. I also bring valuable experience of working with governing bodies, understanding the importance of balancing commercial objectives with stakeholder relationships and the wider needs of a sport. My approach combines strategic thinking with practical delivery. I’m personable, approachable and collaborative, but also decisive, commercially minded and confident in making things happen. I enjoy identifying opportunities, solving problems and turning ideas into practical plans that deliver results. As a mum, wife and business director, I bring a strong sense of responsibility, organisation and perspective to everything I do. I’m now looking to build on my experience and continue to help the equestrian industry maximise its full potential by taking on new opportunities where I can make a meaningful contribution, whether through event consultancy or strategic development.
