About Me 🐴🐾 Hi, I’m Steph, the owner of Easter Equine and Pet Services. Animals have been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them isn’t just my job—it’s my passion. Whether I’m looking after horses, dogs, cats, or small animals, I treat every single one as if they were my own. My journey into professional animal care started with my own horse, Aramis. After becoming a mum at 21, horse ownership felt out of reach for many years. In 2014, I finally brought horses back into my life when I took Aramis on loan. What began as a loan turned into 12 incredible years together after his owner generously gifted him to me. Through his care, rehabilitation, and management, I gained invaluable hands-on experience in equine welfare, veterinary care, remedial shoeing, physiotherapy support, and recognising the importance of high-quality daily care. Sadly, Aramis passed away in 2026, but his legacy inspired me to create Easter Equine and Pet Services. I wanted to provide the level of care that every owner hopes for when they can’t be there themselves. I have years of practical equine experience, including working on livery yards, sole responsibility for horses during owners’ holidays, exercising horses, grooming, health monitoring, turnout, stable management, and assisting with vet, farrier, dentist, and physiotherapy appointments.
